Cambridge Consultants (https://www.cambridgeconsultants.com/) got in touch with us when they were looking to review the window cleaning across their entire site. It’s a big place - spread across multiple buildings with a mix of architectural styles, some modern, some older. That alone made the job a bit more complex than your average office block.

They’d already tried a few providers in the past, but things weren’t quite right. Some areas were being missed, and others were proving difficult to access. More than anything, they just needed someone to take a proper look, assess the site as a whole, and come back with a plan that worked long term.

We started with a full audit - walking the buildings, checking access points, flagging any safety issues, and working out what kit we’d need. Some areas required MEWPs (mobile platforms), others could be handled from ground level with extendable systems.

After the audit, we carried out a full initial clean - inside and out, every pane of glass across the site. It took a couple of weeks, and we worked closely with their facilities team to make sure we weren’t in the way during busy periods.

The results spoke for themselves. The feedback was positive, and before the job was even finished, we were asked to set up a twice-yearly contract to keep everything in shape moving forward.

Now we’re part of the rhythm of their site - quietly keeping things clear, safe, and looking sharp.
