The People, Lessons and Community Behind Our Growth

Reaching ten years in business is a milestone worth celebrating, but it is also a chance to pause and reflect on the people, relationships and experiences that have shaped the journey.

That is exactly what we wanted to do when the Trinity Harper team came together for our tenth anniversary celebration.

The event gave us an opportunity to thank the people who have supported the business over the past decade, celebrate how far we have come, and raise money for two brilliant local organisations, Arthur Rank Hospice Charity and Emmaus Cambridge.

A Decade Built on People

Trinity Harper has grown considerably over the past ten years, but the foundations of the business remain the same.

Our success has been built on the hard work of our cleaning teams, supervisors, office staff and management team, all of whom play an important role in delivering a dependable service to our clients.

It has also been shaped by the trust of the businesses and organisations that have chosen to work with us.

Some clients have been part of the Trinity journey for many years, while others have joined us more recently as the business has expanded into new sectors and specialist commercial environments.

Every contract, recommendation and relationship has helped Trinity become the business it is today.

What Ten Years in Commercial Cleaning Has Taught Us

A decade in commercial cleaning has taught us that good service is rarely about one grand gesture. It is about delivering consistently, communicating clearly and responding quickly when something needs attention.

Every workplace is different. Offices, laboratories, schools and specialist facilities each have their own requirements, working patterns and priorities.

The strongest cleaning partnerships are therefore built around understanding how each organisation operates, rather than applying the same approach everywhere.

We have also learned that the people delivering the service matter enormously.

Training, support, supervision and communication all have a direct impact on quality. Looking after our teams helps them provide a better and more reliable service to our clients.

Perhaps most importantly, we have learned that trust is built over time. Long-standing relationships come from doing what you say you will do, taking responsibility and continuing to improve.

Celebrating by Giving Back

We wanted our tenth anniversary to mean more than simply marking another year in business.

Supporting Arthur Rank Hospice Charity and Emmaus Cambridge gave the event a wider purpose and allowed the Trinity community to contribute to two organisations carrying out important work locally.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, donated, sponsored the event or helped bring the day together.

The support we received made the celebration feel especially meaningful and reflected the generosity of the people and organisations around us.

Looking Ahead

Ten years gives us plenty to be proud of, but it also provides a strong foundation for the next chapter.

Our focus remains on delivering a reliable, high-quality commercial cleaning service, supporting our people and building lasting relationships with the organisations we work with.
