Overview

Trinity Harper Cleaning Ltd began managing the cleaning contract for Savills’ main office in Cambridge in June 2022.

When we took over, staff morale was low and the client was extremely unhappy with the previous provider - to the point they requested a full change of cleaning personnel.

As always, we chose not to change the existing team. Instead, we TUPE’d every member and asked the client to give us four weeks to retrain and re-motivate the team.

3.5 years later, the same cleaning team remains in place, and the client is as happy as ever.
