“Our needs are quite complex with not only a school and offices that need cleaning but also multiple student residential buildings which often require room turnovers at late notice,” says Frank Pinner, Head of Bell School.

One moment that particularly stood out for Frank was a major facilities emergency in June 2025.

“On Monday 16 June 2025, we had a flood from the bathrooms that are situated above our dining room and main social space in the school. The wooden floor was covered in disintegrated ceiling tiles and 2 cm of water.”

Frank called Trinity Harper, and within hours the situation was under control.

“We called Shaun at TH for help and he immediately sent two guys to help with the clean-up. Within a few hours they had the floor clean and dry, which meant that the floor has remained usable for our busiest weeks just ahead. Without their timely help, the flooring would all have had to come up and the dining room would have been out of action for many weeks.”
