Trinity Harper Cleaning Limited is a local, independent contract cleaning company located in Cambridge, providing cleaning and associated services to the commercial business community across Cambridgeshire and beyond. Established in 2002 by Culita Andries (current Joint Managing Director) as CA Cleaning, primarily as specialists in Commercial Kitchen deep cleaning and maintenance.
The company changed its name to Trinity Harper Cleaning Limited in 2016, and at the same time Inga Andries became Managing and Finance Director (Inga is now currently joint Managing Director). The company then embarked on a strategic move toward the Commercial Contract market.
The company’s significant growth over the past 3 years has been the reward for investment in developing a ‘Customer First ‘culture, along with recruiting experienced key personnel who each possess a natural passion and attitude for providing you with excellent customer service and doing things right.
This culture is key to our continued growth and success and is cascaded down from the senior management team, right through to our front-line operatives. Customer Care – You will have an appointed dedicated Account Manager, who will be always your point of contact and available at all times. You will receive regular site visits and communication from your Account Manager, who will complete a formal documented Quality Audit once a month with your representative, which will form part of the KPI’s
