To encourage you to continue to succeed, we operate a number of Reward Schemes, these are detailed below: –

  • A Monthly ‘High Performer’ Award – anyone recognised (by either a customer or our own Management) for having provided a great Customer experience and/or having done something above and beyond the call of duty.
  • Quarterly Attendance Award – all team members with a 100% attendance are entered into a quarterly draw where the winner receives £200.
  • Annual Attendance Award – all those who have been eligible for any of the Quarterly draws is entered into another Annual draw, again the winner receives £200.
  • You will receive a Birthday Card.
  • You will receive a Card and a Gift at Christmas.
  • You will receive an Easter Egg.
  • Long Service Award – on the 5th anniversary of your employment you will receive £250 and another £50 on each anniversary thereafter.
