Customer Care – You will have an appointed dedicated Account Manager, who will be always your point of contact and available at all times. You will receive regular site visits and communication from your Account Manager, who will complete a formal documented Quality Audit once a month with your representative, which will form part of the KPI’s
Added Value – You will also benefit from our rapid response service. We promise to have a team with you within two hours (during office hours) to resolve your emergency. This could be anything from a drink spillage to a flooded toilet. Our ‘Team in Blue’ are here for you
